Did not care for the bed. Was told by the store we had to call customer service to return it and that return was free of charge since we were not happy. Paid to have it delivered and setup now customer service says we have to pay to dismantle, box up, and ship back...

Went on vacation and slept on hotel beds for 4 weeks. NO PAIN. Got home , unzipped top cover and found foam desentigrated. Moved to our guest room and slept on a 20 year old mattress and felt better. Went to sleep number store and they told me I would have to pay $300...

Since he purchased the bed about a year ago, he would like to keep his bed when we are living together after marriage. I attempted to sleep on this bed, and tossed and turned all night. I tried changing the settings as well as giving it a second, third fourth try but...

Sleep Number - Warranty sucks

by Juwills #1088940
Bought a C4 3 years ago. One chamber recently started to lose air. Yes, I am as guilty as everyone else is...I didn't read the warranty. Just found out that 3 years in I have to spend another $100 for a new chamber. I can't believe I was such a sucker to believe that a $3500 bed would hold up over time. Next time, I'm buying a Caspar!

Not happy with the bed and it is going to cost $196 to return it. On top the $196 for delivery so be sure before you buy that you really want a sleep # bed or waste close to $400

Purchased the iLE, queen, sleep IQ $4899.00. Weve tried to sleep with mattress and wven had extra thungs sent out to make the bed better, why would yoy need to make a $4000 bed better!!! Tried everything, went to return it and SURPRISE!!! Lots of things that the salesperson failed to mention....so misleading, so disappointed in SleepNumber

While we were originally pleased with our bed, it developed a pit in the center. Which has gotten so bad that we are sleeping on an air mattress rather than the bed. Phone call after phone call resulted in recommendations to replace virtually every part of the bed...

For God sakes do not purchase a sleep number bed! We bought their "high end" mattress and even putting our sleep numbers at 100, still had us sleeping in a gully (indented area). Of course these gullys did not form until several months after sleeping on them (after...

Install was fine, but even at a setting of 95-100, the bed was too soft for me. I do NOT like the way air moves inside of the basic air mattress that makes up the majority of the sleep surface. I cannot imagine how this air mattress with a little foam padding can...

However, the air bed pump failed on mine just out of warranty. (Three years, maybe?) Replacement cost? $400. There's no way in the world those pumps cost that much. (They should have at least given the thing to me at cost) Now, let's talk about the foam surrounding...

We purchased the bed because I have re flux and fibromyalgia. The elevation helps with the reflux but it's so uncomfortable. There is a permanent dip in the middle that makes laying down very uncomfortable. The foot end of the bed is higher than the head part when...
