I recently returned my Sleep IQ (shipped it back w/ a RMA #)because it was no longer compatible with my wireless internet in my new home. They were aware of the problem but had no clue when it would be fixed, so after having to speak with a manager to get my money back, because it was just past the 6 month mark, I returned the item and he said a check would be sent to me.

Why would I want to keep it if I can't use it?!? Well, after 5 weeks, still no check so I called customer service to find out the status. I was on hold for 30 mins, then that lady transferred me, on hold for another 30 mins, then he puts me on hold to find out status, thank God for only 10 mins, to find out the RMA had not been closed out, but now they would close it out and issue my check!!! Are you kidding me?!!?

If I hadn't called, my account would STILL be open and I wouldn't get my refund. You all charge enough for these beds, get enough help to cover the phone lines so people don't have to be on hold for over an hour!!!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $320.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Sleep Number Cons: Lack of customer satisfaction.
