Installation delayed due to a hurricane in FL. Put at the back of the delivery list.

Finally get bed 4-5 weeks after purchase. Installers rush and bolt out. Air pump dies in an hour after installation. They question whether the plug is in the socket...duhhh.

They sent new pump. If I want them to install, that will take another 2+ weeks. Ouch. Now I decide to return the bed.

I cannot take it to the store. They have to pick it up and charge me. Or I pack it up myself and send back. And they charge me.

So much for the smooth 100 day free trial. Bedding is not returnable, especially the nearly $200 matters cover. This whole process is a mess.

Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $750.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
