After $5000 and a year later, I have decided that it was a complete waste of money. What they don't tell you during the sales pitch is that the bed still has a foam mattress with no memory and I am sleeping in a hole even though the mattress is set at 100.
After reading the tiny, tiny fine print in the contract this is the one thing they do not guarantee. The foam sleeps "hot" and there is no way to fix the hole unless, I suppose, you buy another top mattress from them. Also, no way to tuck in top sheet as the particle board connects directly to mattress. So, have been using a comforter only.
The thing weighs a ton and am going to have Good Will pick it up. It is a joke...... a gimmick.
Don't be fooled.DG
