I too purchased a P5 with a Flex Fit 2 base. I received a plain base, not the one in the store or the catalog. Not the one with the side panels, light and button on the side. Later I was told the P5 wasn't compatible with that base. There are different bases, but the web site won't show you that. You wont get the base in the pictures if you aren't exactly clear on every word in the description. The mattress does what it wants when trying to adjust it. Was told by the latest rep my wifi and my phone aren't compatible for the sleep iq. One rep told me to install the app on both phones, another said you can't have 2 phones at the same time even logged into app. While they are logged into my P5, and yes they can see when you are in bed without you knowing it, I was told my dual band Google WiFi 3 pc router setup was too advanced for the plain base and pump. It's either or. How can you be logged in and tell me it's not compatible.

The mattress one day wouldn't register my wife in it, the next when she isn't even sleeping in it gives her a high sleep score. It goes up on pressure when needing it to go down. Sometimes I have to get into it for it to see current setting to adjust to desired setting (like 100 to make it up).

I give up too. Spent close to an hour begging for a return to get started and stuck with base still. Like you I'm out $2000 between the base, sheets, cover, and pillows.
