Sleep Number - Four year old $5000 bed goes flat
I have had this bed since March of 2011. It has gone flat on my side of the bed.
When I called Sleep Number they did send someone out and they did make it inflate but told me that if it went flat again it would need a new pump. When I called today I was told that there will be a $179 service call because no one made notes in the account and if it needs parts it will be much more. I think this is terrible because a bed this age should not have a problem like this. I am disabled and cannot check where they want me to.
I have no one to help do it. DO NOT BUY A SLEEP NUMBER BED!

We purchased our number beds around 8 years ago and they have collapsed to the center of the beds within the first 2 years and they would not do anything about it. We were so happy when we purchased these mattress and when family and friends ask about them we tell them it was the worst investment we EVER MADE.
We are getting ready to purchase some new mattresses and I know it Won't be NO NUMBER BEDS EVEN AGAIN... My husband and I need a good night sleep .
