Purchased the X 12 a few months ago. Upon delivery one remote did not work they said they would order a new one, over a month later they told me that I needed to call the store the Delivery person was not able to do This.ok.

Now they say that they are having computer changes this is ridiculous they cannot schedule an appointment for me because of a computer change. I have called repeatedly asked for a representative, the air chambers don't seem to be working my remote still doesn't work I need help with this bed to see if I need to keep it but do they care No. The customer service number for the X 12 is the same number for everyone else.

That's not what they told me. I wake up every day sore and achy.

Reason of review: Poor service-defective- need a call and housecall.

Monetary Loss: $9000.

Preferred solution: I want a call and a rep to my house to check and install bed properly.or I will return and demand refund/stop paymnts.

Sleep Number Cons: Once they got you your screwed, No service after purchase.
