Two sleep number employees delivered and setup the split king with flex base on 7/6/2018 . After having problems with electronics not working and getting a code on the remote and message " wire unplugged ", I laid on floor to look under bed and noticed a large crack in the side board .
I contacted sleep number and sent them pics of damage. I told them I was not paying for damaged goods and wanted to cancel sale since their employee knew of the damage and tried to slip it by anyway.
They say sales are final and I am stuck with it. Their return policy does not include this split king base.
