Pump went. Asked for morning appt. Took 2 months before someone came. Changed pump and said they do not take old pump,etc. I am handicapped and they just left it in my garage. Asked to put sheet back on bed said we don't make beds. APPT was for betwern 9 and 1 called at 7:45 to say they will be there by 8:15. I would not recommend them to anyone THE WORST!

Bought a C4 3 years ago. One chamber recently started to lose air. Yes, I am as guilty as everyone else is...I didn't read the warranty. Just found out that 3 years in I have to spend another $100 for a new chamber. I can't believe I was such a sucker to believe that a $3500 bed would hold up over time. Next time, I'm buying a Caspar!
