These beds are not for people over 50 years of age.First off, when you have a problem, and you will, you will find your self on your hands and knees juggling a flashlight and phone in hand trying to understand what the tech is saying on the other end of the phone. When a remote goes bad, and they will, you will pay too much to replace it with a reconditioned one that will last a short and then go bad too. My last experience was horrible and I...

Initially bladder on one side of the bed leaked and when I opened the outer shell, I discovered the single sheet of foam above the bladders was ripped and finally the zipper pull on the outer shell disappeared so I couldn't use it. So after a few years, even with the warranty, I'm spending substanial money to make it like new. The model was C4 and without these corrections I must refill the leaking bladder many times a day to keep it...

During the last seven years we have tried several different mattresses, including a latex, the Sleep Number and a pillow top. None were really helpful for his back, and all were similarly priced, but because of the many parts to a Sleep Number, that cost continues to rise. We moved recently and during the move lost the remote that controls the air mattresses in the bed. Let me tell you, replacement parts are as expensive as you might...

Spent the next sixty days trying to find our "magic" sleep numbers (the wife and me). Having no luck, we contacted Sleep Number with the intent to arrange the return of the bed. They offered to send us some "things" that would /might solve our difficulties. This amounted to some additional foam padding that, I must admit, make the bed less uncomfortable. This product is not even close to what we expected and represents very poor value...
