I bought a P6 (about $2900, all told). Based on a 2-hour store visit and the small sample-mattress (the store didn’t have a P6 floor model when I shopped), I was led to believe I would get a 12-inch deep mattress with adequate padding for comfy side sleeping. Please note that we really tried to exhaust all possible resolutions with the Sleep Number Company before writing this review: BUYER BEWARE!!!.... Sleep Number beds are Overpriced and Under Quality combined with Very Poor to Non Existant Customer Service. My husband and I didn't even have the bed a week before we filed our first complaint. It is supposed to be a P5 but it is not. the label says it is but the bed measures and feels exactly like the cheaper model C2. They gave me the wrong bed with the right label. Of course they said that is impossible but I think They are scamming people this way. This is why the bed felt better in the store. I did not get what I paid for.
