I paid for the bed but 2 weeks later, it was still not shipped. Found out that they got my billing address wrong; therefore, credit card bank could not approve purchase. But NOBODY called during those two weeks to verify or rectify.

I had to call multiple times before I had an answer. They kept apologizing and said they will expedite the shipment. But shipment was not expedited.

Customer service is very poor. Bed is good. I hope somebody will develop an alternative system soon.

Don't do business with them unless you are willing to put up with the very poor customer service.

My bed was scheduled for delivery today. I called them at 11:30 to check on delivery and was told imy bed was not on the truck.

My main complaint is why did they not call me at 8.00 am and tell me this I wasted my whole morning for nothing.

I was extremely angry at their lack of consideration. I am madder than this sounds.
